WHMCS suddenly goes to knowledgebase page during order process

Hi,

We are now accepting credit card payments via Quantum Gateway, and I am testing it out now. I have enabled the gateway in WHMCS and I ordered a service from the site. I entered in the Test CC # and the rest of the details. WHMCS takes me to a page that reads:

"As part of our fraud prevention measures, you will now be asked to perform the Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode checks if your credit card is enrolled for this service"

A progress bar appears with that message... then like 3 seconds later the page is suddenly redirected to */knowledgebase.php?action=search&searchin=Knowledgebase&search=

What's going on here? Please advise.

No - I have "Select to automatically redirect the user to the invoice".

I think it is best to have the user redirected to the invoice once the order is complete. Then from the invoice he or she can click the Pay button and make payment.

Do I need to use "Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway" for credit card payments?

Thats why its going to the invoice then.

If you want it to go to the gateway change it to

"Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway"

EDIT:

If the payment gateway is offline credit card, or direct deposit, or mail in payment then it will go to the invoice

No problem, thanks for trouble shooting.

The ordering works just fine. The problem is when you are at the invoice page and you choose the payment method at the top right and click the "Pay Now" button. It redirects you to the page with the red progress bar and the "3D" button. When that page finishes it just redirects right back to the invoice page where you started.
