styx
Im having trouble understanding: why does the whmcs sends out email with messed up encoding in the Subject field. Text field is ok. No problems there. Im using utf-8 encoding and my emails are in Ciryllic (russian). It only messes up 5-6 letters like: ь ъ ы ч ю я and also doble n (нн), ad also dot sign becomes this: Œ. Instead of letters it comes with: Whmcs is in UTF-8 Mysql DB is in UTF-8 Anybody who did deal with something like this, please help. Thanks.
