Import email Passwords to cPanel?

Plan ahead

I didn't. And now after creating a Joomla! site for a school that will be moving to my server from a local small isp that doesn't have a control panel (just a screen to allow users to set-up their email name and pwd) I'm stuck with trying to figure out how to set up their email accounts with their current password.

There are about 40 accounts that I can add manually, but when I change the nameservers, these teachers and staff are going to be at a loss as what to do; like I am at the moment.

Anyone ever faced a similar situation? If so, how did you manage it.

For anyone who might want to know,

If you are using cPanel 11.24 or later, just put the emails and passwords in a CSV file or a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. Then go to your cPanel interface and in the Mail section click on "Import Addresses/Forwarders" and it will walk you through the import process prompting you for which columns you want to use for email accounts, passwords etc.
