diligent
Hello, I'm trying to screen fraud for a free account using MaxMind. If its set to create automatically after the order is made, no matter what the fraud results are, the account is still created. Trying to set it to automatically create the account after payment received, and set a 1 time payment of $0.00 for a Mail-In, then hid the payment option on the order form, doesn't work either because the payment still shows as completed, and the account is still created. Is there any way to not create the accounts for fraudulent, but free orders? Until the orders get checked, those fraud orders have access to an account and I don't want them to!
vT16
If your creating a package for a $0 bill, then there is nothing to pay and WHMCS would obviosly notice and mark the payment as paid instantly without any payment processors?
diligent
I know this already. I was just trying out different ways to make WHMCS stop activating free accounts that failed MaxMind check. It's not really the fact that the account is created, more so that the person receives the account login info. If anyone knows a solution, I'm all ears!
