FPForum Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 (edited) I recently did an upgrade and thought everything went through okay but I have noticed some major issues happening. When I create a new order and click checkout I am not redirected to paypal or Egold, just redirected to a page that gives me my order number. The order goes into WHMCS telling me "No Invoice Due" and when I click the order number it tells me "Invoice # No Invoice" Also, when I open a support ticket it says the support ticket is opened properly and gives the ticket number, but the support ticket never appears in my WHMCS as a Active Support Tickets. If I search for the ticket I get "Ticket ID Not Found. Please try again." I have no idea what is going on I have not changed any settings or anything other than an upgrade yesterday.
