I'm assesssing the system on trial license currently and wondered if someone could help answer some Worldpay related questions.
I have successfully set up a Future pay agreement and am able to process manual orders via the cron (although unlikely to in my typical usage pattern - a simple single subscription product charged monthly)
I see the first trasaction in the log, invoice paid, client remains in pending (ideally could go to live but I see reasons why that is set to pending by default).
However, how does the system interact with Worldpay for:-
a) Confirmation of the future recurring payments being made by Worldpay within the terms of the FuturePay agreement (£x per month)
b) Notification of customer cancelling futurepay agreement directly with Worldpay and therefore no funds being received month x
Are the above 2 items dealt with manually or how ? I note Worldpay sends email messaging but wondered if the callback is integrated in the same way for these two scenarios aswell ? Tests seem to show not.
