I am posting this here as I am on a 15 day trial. And now I am panicing.

 

I installed WHMCS about 2h ago. Got everything setup including clients and services - all working beautifully. I even sent one of my clients a welcome email and it CCed my hosting support@ address. Cron jobs are also running.

 

I logged out of the admin account and cannot log back in. I know I used support@mydomainname.com for signup or maybe even patrick@mydomainame.com. WHMCS does not recognize either one of those for a password reset. This is amazing that I cannot get a reset out of it.

 

What can I do in the DB to reset myself?

Oh and to boot... I can login as one of my clients. But just not as the admin/super admin.

Perhaps open a ticket to support. They are very good!

I opened a ticket on this and then realized - there is a different login page for admins. Egg on my face.

 

Nothing to see here. Move along.
