Buttons appear to not work on some computers

I have had a few reports from people on Live Chat and through email that buttons don't appear to be working in WHMCS. This however is not the case. Most of the buttons in WHMCS use JavaScript popup alerts to confirm that you want to perform the requested operation such as deleting transactions, suspending accounts, terminating accounts and creating accounts, etc... If when clicking buttons you don't get these alerts and nothing appears to happen then it is your browser or a third party software blocking the javascript popup questions.


The system has been fully tested on Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox and it works fully in both browsers. Therefore, if buttons aren't working for you it is because of some configuration settings you have made or a third party software blocking them. Please check these before contacting support about issues with this.
