tbarnes
Mail In and Credit Card (Custom Payment Gateway) Pay Now for us will always be credit card. We have some past clients that still send checks.

Klangaroo
if you're using a custom payment gateway, write a payment verification page yourself, and when your page verifies that payment was recieved, call the WHMCS API and use the "add funds to invoice" function using your custom script. I can give you the code to do it, if you want. But it's all in the API guide page, anyway.
tbarnes
If the client already has a credit card on file, is it possible to just have a Pay Now button and it sends the payment as a capture instead of a link in the gateway.
