Order shows pending after paypal payment

I have set up my hosting products and both the PayPal / PayPal Website Payments Pro. I can receive payments with no problems, However the orders still show as 'PENDING". What might I be doing wrong?

You may need to check your confiiguration in the Admin area to ensure it is set up instantly after payment.

 

Untill that time go to pending orders, once they have paid just click accept/create or whatever the button is

everything is set to "setup after payment" I've set up the IPN and left the URL blank as instructed. the order shows paid but remains in a pending status.

Going to orders and clicking "accept" is not an automated solution for me or my customers, especially when they get a paid invoice from PayPal on the transaction. Any other ideas?

How often are your CronJobs ran?

 

If they are set to only once every 24 hours you may have to wait for them to run to create the accounts in WHM etc?

Hi,

 

Everything still sits in pending even after payment so you can review your new orders otherwise you would not be able to keep track of what is new and what is not etc.

 

If you have it set to setup as soon as payment is received it should still setup fine however it will still leave the order in Pending until you have reviewed it, just click accept on all orders you have reviewed.

 

Although make sure you only accept them if they have paid
