when a user is not logged in, and he access http://domain.com/support/supporttickets.php

he will be shown a login page. But some of my customers dont even know their login information.

Is there a way i can make a note that says "If you are submiting a ticket for support, please click here for support ticket submit that does not require login"

just a note: i did not set my ticket support for logged in customers only.

Why don't they know their login details?

No need to do anything like that

As you said you have not set your ticket support for logged in customers.

For the customer to submit the ticket in the first place it would have been done using submitticket.php

TICKET SUBMITTED

You reply to the ticket and the customer gets an email with a link to the ticket (not requiring a login).

The link will look something like

http://domain.com/viewticket.php?tid=542749&c=2tu730ak

The customer clicks on the link and reply to the ticket (without a login)

So why do they need to access http://domain.com/support/supporttickets.php in the first place?
