Stealthusa
this might be a dumb ? but i have to asked it. on building a custom site would it be better to build your web hosting site inside whmc or put the whmc into your site.
MACscr
it is a dumb question, but it all depends what you would consider inside or outside. I for one used smarty to build my regular site, thus i was able to use WHMCS's smarty library and plugins. If your not going to use smarty, its best to build your site as normal, then integrate whmcs into the design.
xxkylexx
I usually just do a stand alone site and then integrate the system into the design.
