When I'm opening tickets page or other managed by kayako pages I can see only blank page... I've put correct directory address for Kayako in integrate.php... My Support Suite is on diffrent account account in cPanel but it's the same machine... Maybe it causes the problem ? Anybody had problem like that before? nielsenj Posted October 27, 2008 Share Posted October 27, 2008 If it's under a different account then you need to make sure that the account your WHMCS is running under has permissions to access files under the account Kayako is on. By default most servers will not allow this. Blank pages indicate that the integration can not access the swift.php file which means either the path is wrong or you don't have perimissions. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

WHMCS is running on a different subdomain to Kayako but they are on the same cPanel account and the swift path is correct - any ideas?
