TheWill
When I try to go to clientarea.php & supporttickets.php I get a blank page. They were working before I upgraded to 3.7.2 from 3.7.1. The only thing I can guess is maybe its file permissions. Maybe I need to do some configurations in the /administration area. Any ideas?
hightekhosting
Have you tried uploading them again? If that does not work, try putting the ones from 3.7.1 in place and see if that makes a difference. Worst case scenario, get Matt and the team to take a squiz Regards, Dale Evans Manager

sparky
Depending on your connection and the ftp program, sometimes while uploading a file some whitespace can be added to either the beginning or the end of the file which will cause a blank screen with php files.

chapman
I ran into this same issue yesterday. It turned out to be a permissions issue. The upgrade instructions fail to mention the step to chmod 777 the attachments, downloads and templates_c directories. Once I did this, problems were resolved. Hope this helps someone.
TheWill
The 3.7.1 directions say to chmod 777 those directories. The 3.7.2 upgrade doesn't overwrite those directories. So the permission shouldn't change.
