simplehelix Posted October 20, 2008 Share Posted October 20, 2008 hey everyone i was wondering, is it just me or is handling domain transfers a task in itself? i'm with DirectI and it seems none of it is really automated. for instance, when a customer orders a domain transfer and then directi finds out he/she have whois privacy enabled, the customer's domain transfer is just left stranded since customer does not receive nor gets any notifications to perform any actions (such as disable privacy protection). and as an admin, we really do not want to micro-manage all parts of each customer's domain transfer phase as that gets really tedious fast, especially when you have hundreds of domains being signed up each month. anyone know any elegant method to keep the domain transfers, running smoothly? do you think it's time for me to switch to enom? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
