Support center importing blanco mails

Hello other whmcs users.

 

I have the following situation:

*I have a mailbox (webcenter@mortydot.com)

*This mailbox is installed under support departments

 

But this is what happends:

Every time the cron runs in DirectAdmin it looks like whmcs imports emty mails.

Does any know what the problem is?

I would like to use whmcs as complete as possible, if it is a configuration thing, than I'm pleased to hear what tot change

Thanks for you replay,

 

But i think you understand my question wrong.

WHMCS does NOT import any mail from the mailbox at all!

In stat I see in the log no info about the mail that should be inside, and, the log show a import of number of mail that never was in this box!
