I have the following situation: *I have a mailbox (webcenter@mortydot.com) *This mailbox is installed under support departments But this is what happends: Every time the cron runs in DirectAdmin it looks like whmcs imports emty mails. 2008/10/19 17:45 From: «» Blocked Potential Email Loop 2008/10/19 17:40 From: «» Blocked Potential Email Loop 2008/10/19 17:35 From: «» Blocked Potential Email Loop 2008/10/19 17:30 From: «» Blocked Potential Email Loop 2008/10/19 17:25 From: «» Blocked Potential Email Loop No mails get imported in de support department. mortydot Posted October 21, 2008 Author Share Posted October 21, 2008 Thanks for you replay, But i think you understand my question wrong. WHMCS does NOT import any mail from the mailbox at all! In stat I see in the log no info about the mail that should be inside, and, the log show a import of number of mail that never was in this box! .....
