Client can order domain without filling required additional fields if on the step where additional fields are required click on "[No Hosting! Click to Add]" that will allow client to skip that step and order a domain without filling additional domain fields.

So this is the reason we get orders without additional domain fields filled! It's really annoying and we will have to do a lot of extra work asking customers for the details. This should be fixed ASAP.
