serveyou
I cannot suspend or delete a client service (hosting) manually or automatically, everything else works great, new account, upgrade/ down grade, create etc so I have full access to the server, even clicking on the WHM button in server setup takes me straight in. I installed the latest Ver 3.7.2 patch and that fixed it for a while then it is the same again after a few days, I can still access the server as mentioned above so it is not a connection, server hash, password etc reason. I am behind a company firewall but I recon this should not affect anything as it worked from here after the installation of the patch. Thanks.
chickendippers
Your personal firewall has nothing to do with it; the one between the WHMCS server and your client's servers is the important one. Does suspend/terminate work when you click the button on the product page?

thernes
Have you set your username/password/whm acces key for the server?
tcheck
Hey, I'm having a similar issue, but I am receiving the issue on all module command buttons. I receive this error: Module Command Error Login Failed I have made sure that the cPanel login for the user as well as the username, password, and WHM access key are correct, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Thomas

serveyou
Update, I am a reseller on a shared server, I found out you need ROOT access on the server for it to work so I am stuck with it until i get my own server :-(
