tylerdjefferson
My Automatic Account Creation is not working. I have been trying to fix this problem for about a week now. I have finally set up my own nameservers so now I am one step closer but its still says "Sorry, resellers are not permitted to create sub domains of the server's main domain" or "Sorry, unable to use Package webzor_package1. Verify that the Package exists and that you have not exceeded your reseller restrictions." Please Help!

chickendippers
Have you created the packages in WHM? Do the package names in WHMCS match WHM exactly?

othellotech
Please Help! both of those are standard cpanel messages and mean exactly what they say - is this *your* server or are you just a reseller (the errors indicate a reseller) - so the first "error" is correct, the setting that woudl allow the subdomains of main server is turned off in whm - have you checked with whomever admins the box about your reseller webzor account settings ? perhaps you're being limited to a number of each plan, or not allowed to create your own plans - all of these are settings in whm managed by the server administrator
