How to change order step

Hi all,

 

In order step (3.7.1) we know that the first step is choosing products. Next, domain options (registrar type) and choosing available domain, next till finish.

 

I want to change the step like this :

 

Step 1 - client check available domain

Step 2 - client choose registrar type (new registrar / transfer registrar)

Step 3 - client choose hosting package (products)

Step 4 - client fill personal information form

Step 5 - finish

 

The question is, how to change the step order like that ?

I've change the order template but i can't change the step
