DeadBeet Posted October 4, 2008 Share Posted October 4, 2008 I am looking for an addon that will direct each ticket to one or two people in the administrator list, then after a set amount of time, if no response is made, it transfers it to the rest of the administrators to answer; if they have the right permissions to that department. But if the administrator see's the ticket before the set amount of time, they can direct it to all the other administrators.
