Using the Module Dev Kit

Hello,

I have some basic questions about using the module template. The documentation is a bit vague. I need to create a custom provisioning system that integrates to WHMC. We have an application service that has to be setup manually from an order through the website(yuck!) everytime we run a marketing campaign we get swamped with provisioning and can't get other work done.

In particular how does the ConfigOptions function work? I see that its an array holding some configuration options, but I don't understand how these options relate to setting a server module for a product (ex. the cpanel module takes some args about name servers... how does that map into the config array in the template?) As well how do these configurations relate to my server scripting that accepts the arguments from WHMC?

I tried to look at the other server modules but they are 'cubed' Could someone post some sample code on how they are using the module template. Its not so much a matter of the logic, I follow the template's code but I don't understand how it relates to the front end and the back end.

I will create some experiments and see what seems to happen, but I would be greatly thankful for any advice on how to handle this.

Thanks
