DataHosts
agreed...I assume this is a fresh install of WHMCS 3.7.1?
eUKhost
Yes. That seems to be happening after we upgraded our WHMCS to the latest version. Let me know if someone has any solution for this problem.
freedombi
At simplest, have you already tried shift-reload to force it to ignore the cache?
DataHosts
have you cleared out templates_c folder to ensure that it is not trying to pull over old templates on new templates?
eUKhost
We have emptied templates_c couple of times, but this didn't help. Color codes work for canceled and active domains, but not for the packages.
DataHosts
Honestly I would reinstall to be sure nothing was messed up during intial install. Be sure to backup DB in case, however, I would start from scratch if possible since this is a new install.
eUKhost
I apologise for trouble. It was our fault as we had copied some templates from old version which resulted in this problem. Our developer added our changes in new templates which has solved this problem. Thank You to all those who have helped in solving this problem.
GTunney
I am having this same problem after upgrading to 3.7.1, I really don't want to upload the whole templates folder as my template is quite heavily modded. has anybody got any suggestions on how to solve this?
chickendippers
Well you'll need to update your template files to take account of the new features and changes.
