wise
Hi probably an easy question! We just took over a msall host who had paypal subscriptions setup. They have since cancelled them in paypal. Do we need to do anything in whmcs for invoices to be generated so they can log in and kick off new subscriptions?? I was looking for some kind of reset subscription button! thanks
AndrewMKP
Best thing to do is to issue new invoices for your customers to sign up to. Ensure the customer end one's are cancelled aswell and just wait for the system to issue the next invoice to everyone.
uberhost
If they are canceled in PayPal then the customers must make a new subscription. However, WHMCS will send them an invoice each month whether they have a subscription or not. If you wish, you can modify the email template "Create Invoice" by going to: Configuration > Email Templates. At the top of this template you can put some explanation about creating/recreating a subscription, if you like. Good luck, Rick
wise
ah - so if whmcs will email them an invoice anyway, we shouldnt need to do anything? Im guessing the subscription button will show also as the invoices are current and not past due
