How to send " Hosting Account Welcome Email" manually?

You will need to process your orders manually instead of using automatic setup.

Once you do that, you will notice 2 tickboxes in the order area.

One is to setup the account, the other is to send welcome email.

Just untick the send welcome email box, then create the account (Accept the order). Once the order is processed and the account created, go into their profile, select Products/Services and select the welcome email of choice from the drop down menu and hit send.

Why you would want to send welcome emails manually is beyond me. It only adds time to your day, increased labour costs and thus reducing your productivity. Sure, it only takes a few mins to send the email, but a few mins of every order slowly adds up.

Cheers,

Dale

The problem is: I accepted the order and it send some emails like "welcome" and "invoice", so my client paid the invoice by bank transfer. I put there like "paid" and whmcs sent email "Invoice Payment Confirmation".

Everything was right, but it didn't send the "Hosting Account Welcome Email". Does anyone know why?

That's the reason I want to know how to send manually, because my client was waiting for this email.

If there is an error while creating/accepting the account/order. The email will not be dispatched.

So for that, like chickendippers said... go to the bottom of that order/product page (where all the account related information is shown [Eg: username, password, price, renewal date]) and you'll find the list of emails you can send for that order.
