tzes
I have the following two problems with 2Checkout payments: 1. When the customer completes the payment, he is not being redirected to the Approved URL. Instead, he just sees the Order Complete page at the 2Checkout site. And this page does not even have a button or link back to my site. See the 1st attached screen capture. 2. The data after the payment is completed are posted to my WHMCS, but the payment is not registered. When I check the Gateway Transaction Log, it correctly shows the posted data but the transaction is marked with MD5 Hash Failure (see 2nd screen capture). I have read the wiki ( http://wiki.whmcs.com/2CheckOut ) and I confirmed that the Approved URL is correctly set (as evidenced by the fact that it does post) and the Secret Word is correctly set in both the 2Checkout interface and in my Gateway configuration in WHMCS. Any suggestions how to solve these issues??
tzes
Turns out MD5 Hash Failure is caused when the account is in demo mode, like mine is. Matt helped me with this through a ticket.
3awh
Turns out MD5 Hash Failure is caused when the account is in demo mode, like mine is. Matt helped me with this through a ticket. I have gotten the same error How did Matt help you what did he do to fix? If I change demo mode to live will the error go away?
