I am looking to use WHMCS, but would like to know if it will fully automate my hosting?

Your hosting, no.

It can be used to automate many of the tasks of your *hosting business* including taking the order, sending the invoices and reminders, registering the domains, deploying the hosting, termiating/suspending teh accunts if necessary and so on though :D

I suppose it depends on what you mean by "fully automate." It does eliminate a lot of the manual stuff you used to have to do. For example, when customers place an order, depending on the setting you have, it will automatically provision the accounts for you. It will automatically bill them for you. If they do not pay, you can have WHMCS automatically suspend their account for you. If a couple months go by and they still do not pay, you can have WHMCS automatically terminate (delete) their web hosting account if you want.

You will still need to deal with customer service, situations that are exceptions, and make sure you have enough space on your server or web hosting reseller package for new customers.

It does automate a lot of things, but like any business, you still have to watch it.
