davet
I've been ordering the SSL certificates for a few customers by logging into their WHMCS account and following the ordering procedure to see if there are any problems during the sign-up process. I can order a certificate and the email with the link to configure the certificate does get sent. I then click on the link and enter the CSR and contact info. When I click Submit it returns the following error: # A CertID must be supplied. # I had the same problem on the last SSL certificate I tried purchasing for another customer about a week ago. With the previous order I basically waited until morning and tried again and it worked that time. Is there any reason why this happens during the initial ordering process? Is there a reason I have to wait a few hours to proceed with configuring the certificate?

davet
You cannot be logging into the WHMCS back-end as admin and the front-end as the customer and do the SSL configuration. You must log out of the WHMCS back-end, clear browser history and cookies and then access the SSL configuration link as the customer from the front-end. Or just use an alternative browser like Firefox, Opera, Safari or Chrome if you want to stay logged into WHMCS as admin
