The current information i have is. support@********.com |/usr/bin/php -q /home/******/public_html/client/pipe/pipe.php I been looking throught the support site, and found diferents types to put it. edit never mind just read that it only works when replying to a ticket, abit crap if you ask me, when will this be chaned?
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted November 4, 2006 WHMCS CEO Share Posted November 4, 2006 You must have been reading a very old post on the forum as piping works for both opening and replying to tickets now. Always check the date of a post - if it's more than two months its probably out of date. Just open a ticket with the issue above and we'll take a look. MACscr
ah, so we can reply as staff members to tickets now without going into whmcs?
thehostinghut
No because he uses forwarding. When you reply it will not pass the response to the ticket.
thehostinghut
You would have to setup a cron job to be able to do it that way. Would be nice though.
