Added a client then cancelled the order and deleted the client and his account. any future mail sent from this ID is not picked up by ticket system. Mail does gets delivered to respected mailbox though. Ticket mail Import Log shows 19/09/2008 17:54 sales@abcd1234.com sales enquiryFrom: net was «net_dummy@gmail.com» Ticket ID Not Found 2). when flagging a ticket to another admin. WHMCS Admin panel main screen shows Active Flagged Tickets: 1 but when clicked only shows active ticket which is awaiting to be replied by support/sales. and both links Active Support Tickets: 4 Active Flagged Tickets: 1 point to same URL, http://secure.mysites.com/whmcs/admin/supporttickets.php is it normal with current version, or iam missing somthing. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
