vT16
Hello, I got a 2checkout payment, but for some weird reason their invoice is still marked un-paid? I got a message from 2checkout saying that the payment was made. And i am also sure that i have marked the settings on 2checkout to "instantly redirect to my website" and the correct URL is provided. Have anyone else had this issue before? And is this an issue from 2checkouts side or WHMCS side? Thanks,
ramystyle
Hi VT16, This happens when the user closes their browser after payment is made. Normally there's a button that says "CLick here to return to website" (or something like this).. When the user clicks that button, whmcs records the payment. But if the user does not click that button and decides to surf away or simply close their browser, whmcs has no way to know that the payment was made. We had this happened a couple of times with some users. All you have to do is to manually add the payment to your client.
vT16
And i am also sure that i have marked the settings on 2checkout to "instantly redirect to my website" and the correct URL is provided. Shouldn't be any button?

vT16
If you read my post then you can see that i have chosen inside 2checkout that the clients are going to be redirected instantly to the file of WHMCS... Not the button option. Thanks,
