PhilB
Hi, I haven't actually directly tested this since upgrading to 3.7.1 but I've reviewed all the changelogs since 3.6.0 (we were running 3.6.1) and I believe this problem will still exist. When an inbound .eu transfer is requested, the enom system needs the registrant's details and acceptance of the ridiculous additional .eu policies and so on and so forth. It seems that the eNom module does not submit this information over the API, and so the transfers always fail with "Registrant info missing". I am waiting on eNom to advise me if the API actually supports transmitting these extra details to them, and will update this post with that information once I have it.
PhilB
eNom report that .eu transfers cannot be placed through their API due to the requirements on accepting the additional .eu terms when making a transfer. As a result, this is not something that can be fixed in WHMCS, so is not a WHMCS bug, but it would be nice if there was a cautionary note added to the eNom module that .eu transfers cannot be made automatically by the module to stop other people running into this problem. Perhaps this should be moved to the feature enhancements forum?
