Right now, the name on the order form appears as "Visa, M/C, AmEx" because those are the three cards I accept. What I would prefer is using the name "American Express (Preferred)", and then having the same gateway appear again but with the name "Visa/MasterCard". The idea is to entice people to use AmEx to sign-up (I pay a lower rate w/AmEx) instead of V or MC. The problem is that once I add Bluepay as a gateway and give it a name, I cannot select it again and give it another name. Seemingly, each gateway can only appear once.
