wcsconcierge
I am a new user, and I am having a troubling error. I am getting a Permissions Warning! The downloads folder is not writable by WHMCS so you cannot upload files error message when I try to add files to the download section. I double checked in file manager and my downloads directory is properly configured to 777, but the system won't let me upload any files. Don't know where else to check. Any ideas. Thanks in advance. MellaHost
It's a display issue only so doesn't affect adding files/uploading. Just upload the attached to the admin folder. I would suggest if you still have any Issues about this contact support. supportdownloads.zip
beet
It's a display issue only so doesn't affect adding files/uploading. Just upload the attached to the admin folder. Downloads stopped working for us at some point in the past. We just realized it this week and this file fixed us right up. Thanks!
wcsconcierge
Not sure what the problem was, but problem went away with the Upgrade Service to the latest version.
