TJR Networks
Hello everyone, We've just set up WHMCS as our new billing system. However, we have a bit of an issue with email piping and I suspect many of you may have had the same problem. If a customer changes their email address but doesn't update their details in the billing system, when you send them an email it bounces back and this creates a ticket. However, it then sends them another email telling them that a support ticket has been opened for them, this then gets bounced and the cycle continues. The same problem arises in the case of spam. If you receive spam, a ticket is opened, but of course spam generally doesn't come from an actual email address, so when an email is sent to them saying that a ticket has been opened it bounces back and you get the same cycle again. Any suggestions on how this can be avoided? Thanks.
TJR Networks
Just discovered that WHMCS has built-in SPAM filters, so I've set up a few which should hopefully stop this from happening.
