gazza_t Posted September 14, 2008 Share Posted September 14, 2008 Could some one tell me how i can stop a subscription payment changing to a one off payment or the correct way to action failed subscription payments. let me explain, a customers subscription has failed and been cancelled. if i invoice the customer for his next months subscription payment as soon as the invoice pasts its due date the subscription option changes to a one off payment.
