[FIXED] Invalid extension added to cart for registration

I am using WHMCS v3.7.1 with Boxes layout for the order form.

 

Steps to recreate the issue:

1. Go to the order form, select any package and click continue.

2. Choose "I will update my nameservers on an existing domain Or I will register a new domain". Enter any fake domain name and an unsupported extension e.g. saadsalman.ss and click continue

3. Select any billing cycle and click "Add to cart"

4. On the cart page, click on "Start Over"

5. Again go to the order form, select any package and click on continue.

 

Now the domain selection page that has just appeared will be showing saadsalman.cc in the "Choose domains" table with the status as "Available! Order Now". The user can now complete the registration procedure till checkout however the domain cant ever be registered as it is not a valid domain.

 

The problem in my opinion is that the cookie is not being deleted when the user clicks on Start Over.
