nhouck
A lot of times our system emails are blocked by various providers, or put into junk mail folders. Is there any white list or some means to tell the main email providers that our mail is legit other than telling the user to add us as a contact after the fact when they didn't receive our emails? I have setup proper SPF records and such but that does not solve the problem of random emails being junked or blocked entirely.
chickendippers
Perhaps this should be in The Lounge, as this is not a WHMCS problem. Is your server on any mail blacklists? http://www.mailradar.com/rbl/
nhouck
Didn't know where to put it sorry. It is on one list there: 69.147.246.218 is DNSBL Listed by no-more-funn.moensted.dk I don't think that one is probably trusted/used by the major email providers though.
Adam
Howdy, Make sure you are sending mail via SMTP, that your server has setup DomainKeys and SPF records. You should also make sure your sending mail server is not banned on any major RBL (check out senderbase.org) Thanks, Adam
