echoleaf
Where do I set what the admin notification email address is? Is it possible to change it? (I mean the address that gets notified when a new account is created, etc) Also, when I email a client a custom invoice notification, shouldn't that get CC'd to the admin notification email? Is there a copy somewhere? Besides the little message that says it was sent successfully, how do I know that it was actually sent out? Thanks!

WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 2, 2008 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 2, 2008 Aswell as setting it to CC or BCC you on the email, you can also see a history of all emails sent in Utilities > Email Message Log. If the mail sending command fails, it doesn't get logged. Matt
echoleaf
MUCH thanks! WHMCS is pretty deep - I've been on that Mail tab a few times and missed that field. I'll get it all eventually ;-)
