gobbly2100
Hey all, I am just testing everything works ok and I have tried making a new account and transferering an existing domain I own and although on WHMCS everything looks good I still see the domain in my Namecheap account when I thought it should have moved to Enom? Also, when I click on the DNS Management and Email Forwarding in the client area I get blank white pages, any ideas people? Any help on this would be much appreciated, thanks!
chickendippers
Has the transfer order actually appeared in your Enom account?

chickendippers
What emails did you get from WHMCS when you placed the transfer order? Admins are sent either WHMCS Automatic Domain Registration Success Notification or WHMCS Automatic Domain Registration Failure Notification. If you didn't get either of those emails you probably didn't place the order at-all.
BAJI26
I had a problem similar to this when I was trying to transfer my domain from NE1 to Enom to see the process and the speed and I didn't get any emails from NE1 or Enom so I checked my junk mail to make sure the emails wasn't going there. So finally I changed my email address on the domain and started the transfer and I finally got the emails. GL!
