In every email template there was no need for different signatures as the mail was either from sales or support but for the "support ticket opened" email template I have to send different signatures for both the departments like "DE Sales" for sales and "DE Support" for support. I wanted to know if there is any tag like [Dept], [Department], [DepartmentName], etc which I can use in the signatures and make it "DE [Dept]"?
