djbanks Posted September 1, 2008 Share Posted September 1, 2008 Hello all, I am in the process of trying out WHMCS for the billing software for a membership site. I have hit a problem, I can’t find a way to change the required fields in the order form. My main concern is the telephone number. I feel having this as a required field could turn away potential sales. I have looked around the forms help and I can’t find a way to make it an optional field.
