nubers
Ok , i don't really have any problems in setting up the email pipe service. But the only problem is , that mails don't reach the support department and neither any ticket is opened. And when i see the SUPPORT TICKETS MAIL IMPORT LOG , the mails are reached and the status is Blocked Potential Email Loop I'm so much confused ... i have been googling around so many hours , but couldn't find a solution... all though i found one , but couldn't understand.. Blocked Potential Email Loop This is the error message you get when an email is sent from a department email address and so replying would cause a loop. ??? What is it exactly saying ? If this is the case..... , i'm not sending any email from the department email address ????!
goddess_dix
do you have your whmcs set on a subdomain? if so, the email addys will need to also be on that subdomain. not sure if this is the cause of your problem 'cause i don't remember directly but i know that was one issue i had intially with email piping.

LeMarque
I spent hours with email piping and I'm still not sure why it's needed. Again, if anyone can explain why, I'd VERY much appreciate it. What I did was to create an email address in >> SUPPORT TICKET DEPARTMENTS that WAS NOT used in my cPanel, like hostingsupport@mydomain.com. Then I went into cPanel and created a forward >> hostingsupport@mydomain.com forwarded to anynameyouwant@anydomainyouwant.com It works perfectly. They are delivered and recorded in the WHMCS email log.

LeMarque
The process I described above does exactly that. Without piping. That's why I ask why its needed. They are delivered and recorded in the WHMCS email log.
