chas267 Posted August 30, 2008 Share Posted August 30, 2008 I have 4 ( four ) servers configured so far ... when checking server status, 3 servers show up as "on line" ..... however, the 4th one shows up "offline". That wouldn't be a problem ordinarily .... but the one which is "offline" is the one where WHMCS is stored, and since I'm working in the file, my website is up, and several other of my sites checked are up, how can the server be "offline" ? Adam Posted September 5, 2008 Share Posted September 5, 2008 Charles, The server that is reporting offline make sure you have setup the correct URL path to the WHMCS status folder.
