Ive incorporated it into the site, but as it wasnt as simple as a header and footer allot of the spacing has gone astray... I had a guy working on this for me but he just dissapeard of the face of the earth! http://www.blackwhite-hosting.co.uk/billing Im sure youll be able to navigate and find the pages that have lost there spacing.
