"Issue Number" and "Start date" fields in Credit card creates confusion for US custom

hi,

 

There are two fields "Issue Number" and "Start date" in the Credit card fields. My USA customers are confused. I suppose they are meant for UK customers etc.

 

Is it possible to put something like "not for USA customers" next to the two fields mentioned above.-- this could provide some clarity for customers when inserting their CC info.

 

any advise is much appreciated.

Just add it in to your creditcard.tpl file

Certain cards in the UK (well, only one that I can think of) prints an issue number on the card; the card you get when you open the account is number 1, when that expires you get number 2 etc.
