jkook Posted August 26, 2008 Share Posted August 26, 2008 Spammer uses pre-sale question form email. He uses software because he never visit our website. He changes email address all the time. For support department ticket, I can make it for clients only, but pre-sale link is open for all. I don't want to disable pre-sale question page because of that nerd. Is there any way to avoid this? This spammer has few websites, and they are hosted by 2 servers. I checked whois, and I got his information too. Here is an example: (DON"T CLICK LINK.
