demodemo
I set up 3 paid plans plus one very small feature-limited free plan. When trying out the order form, I went through the order process for a free plan. As soon as I completed the order, as the customer, I received an email saying the order has been received and I will shortly receive login info once the order has been approved. Perfect, since I want to Admin approve every order coming in. However, a minute later, again, as the signup, I received the email saying the account has been set up and the email gave a login link. Huh? Why did this email go out before I approved the order as Admin? FYI, in WHMCS, Under Config>Products/Services>Module Settings, I definitely have it checked off to "Do not automatically setup this account". (I'm assuming that setting means that the account will not be created until I approve it). Vito
chickendippers
I assume this is the client signup email, NOT the hosting account welcome email.
sparky
The billing account (or WHMCS account) has been setup. This is access to your clientarea to manage and view your invoices, payments, hosting, and domain accounts. The server account will not be setup or created until you accept the order then create the server account manually.
