Seperate tickets' departments <-> Customize admin/supporttickets.php

Hello,

 

I have setup about 10 departments and I need to customize admin/supporttickets.php in order to show their tickets into separate HTML tables, in order for our staff to view and recognize them easier. However, I don't see any templates for the specific page (neither at templates, neither at admin/templates).

 

I am aware of the "filtering" (supporttickets.php?department= parameter) method which may show 1 department at a time, but that doesn't really help me as I want to show all departments just seperated for easier separation.

 

Any ideas at all?
