alter $breadcrumbnav

I wish to alter the main homepage link in the breadcrumb from index.php to clientarea.php

 

All I can find is $breadcrumbnav in the header tpl. I wish to keep this as it seems to generate the breadcrumb - is there a way of editing it to acheive what I'm after?

I think renaming the clientarea.php to index.php should work fine. Try it, I am not sure!
